My App is not opening on my (IOS) mobile device since about half an hour. When i restart i only get a white screen. I have tried to make an update but result remains.
No problems on the desktop version and i can also access the web version via my mobile device, so it should not be a connectivity problem.
I will survive … just wanted to report

Yes, i have 17.7.4 installed. But i had the problem already with the previous version and updated to see if it changes anything. It didn‘t.

Does uninstalling and reinstalling the app help?
Uninstalled the App & reinstalled it, but the result stays the same
does the white screen appear directly on app startup or only after login with your user credentials?
P.S.: Which iOS version are you running on your iPhone?
So … i uninstalled again, reset my phone, installed again and now it‘s working. So error must have been within my device.

Mittlerweile dauert es mehrere Minuten bis sie sich aufbaut, trotz vollem Empfang (vier Balken)
Und ich habe die Version 17.7.4 und IOS 16.6
Zur Zeit läuft sie gar nicht
Die App lässt sich bei mir auch nicht mehr öffnen bzw hängt beim Laden .

Update ist aktuell. 17.7.4(1440)
So bleibt es auch nach 10min …

For a more conscious approach to our favorite spirit, the app is now only available on Fridays between 6pm and 11pm and Saturdays between 3pm and 11pm.
Just kidding. There was a bug in the backend that I just fixed. After restarting and waiting 10 seconds, the cache should regenerate and by restarting again, everything should work smoothly again. In the upcoming update I also improved the error handling, so that these failures should no longer cause permanent loading bars.
And don’t worry - due to the server architecture we’ve chosen, we still have a lot of room to grow in terms of scaling.

If you don’t want to wait until the next update, uninstalling and reloading the app from the store will probably help.
