Zur Auswahl der Flaschen habe ich mir folgende Gedanken gemacht: der älteste verfügbare Jahrgang, der älteste verfügbare Folle Blanche, die Messeabfüllung für Armagnac Fest in Bordeaux und ein jüngerer Jahrgang zum gegentesten.
