Hello, new to RumX but I have loved rum for all my adult years. I was looking for a venue to catalog my rum and now I have started.
I also love the history of rum and how it’s made and where it is made.
Edit: If you don’t mind, please tell me your favorite pairings and rum cocktails as well. A couple from me, a good cigar with my rum and the pussers pain killer and a good coquito.

in Ireland some years ago, I learnt that Guiness pairs well with oysters. So, why not rum and lobsters
