Heavy TDL 2009 aged in a cask that previously held minty TDL 2003, which in the end reminds me of TDL 2001.
That’s how I’d sum up the new release from Spirit Gallery. After a longer period when, in my opinion, rather weaker TDL releases were appearing on the market, this is something exceptional again.
For me, this is a really successful TDL after quite some time. And even though I’m basically saturated with TDLs all year round, I’m picking up two more bottles. This one is worth it.
