Live from Whisky Live Paris 2023

Second Pagos has definitely less Sherry-influence and thus less sweetness compared with the first one. Still liked it a lot though!

That’s what I was hoping for. Sherry, but delicately bound in.

Hey RumX family! :tumbler_glass:

What an incredible three days at Whisky Live in Paris! Getting a sip of those yet-to-be-released gems was surely a delight. But the true highlight? Meeting so many of you! Seeing familiar faces and making new connections made the experience truly special. Cheers to these memories, and here’s to making even more next year! :beers:

Great to hear! I would’ve loved to be there as well. And don’t forget that you are the one who made us come together in this community and made all that possible!

So cheers to you and everyone else involved in this wonderful community.

I just agree! Wonderfull 3 days, great encounters! So nice to meet you guys!

And, accessorily, the rum wasn’t bad either
In these times of “nauseating speeches” everywhere and narrowing of the mind, it does me so much good to live 3 days like this!
So cheers to everyone here, as I already said, we are a wonderfull european community!

I will need some days to formulate some thoughts. But I also just want to show this beautiful retro bottle of neisson that was available:

And I just tried to understand the back, do I read it correctly that the glassware itself is 90 years old? :o

The bottle itself dates from the 50’s. And it has been bottled for the 90th anniversary of Neisson.
(that’s what it’s written)
