Mixing Rum 🍹 (Old Cocktail Thread)

I would highly recommend a Slow juicer. It is a bigger Investment, but the taste of the juice is mich better

The mechanism of a slow juicer is exactly the same, a slow squeezing motion without heat or the use of blades . So I don’t really see how the juice can taste much better. You would probably see a higher yield?

Still not done with the pineapple. Tonight, the painkiller.

Now there is nothing left to juice. One pineapple gives 8 cocktails (!)

How did you Mix ?

This is what i make when i‘m lazy and don‘t want to be bothered with mesurements or a shaker. I just mix in a glass with some ice. Maybe 2 oz rum with 1/4 to 1/2 oz falernum depending on how sweet you want it. You can also add bitters and/or lime juice, but this combo can stand on its own.

So a corn n oil pretty much or a rum tiki old fashioned with Falernum instead of sugar syrup :call_me_hand:t3: great combo
