Aber vorher hast bestimmt noch den Great House 24 mitgenommen, würde mich jetzt wundern, wenn nicht.

Bei Hampden werde ich immer noch schwach.
…und ab Dezember hat dann eh der Adventskalender Vorrang
I have lusted for a bottle of The Sins Lust Garreau 1967 since Rob gave me a sample earlier this year. I finally pulled the trigger. Some other additions I had in my Germany stash in the background.
Schnell wie der Wind! @Leo
Side note: EXW … that’s pretty far into E. Noted, thank you
Fake rums, how many are there? in case you’re wondering what the hell he’s talking about
? I don’t get it…
The 3 letters on the tax strip. There’s a (pretty strong) theory they are chronologically ordered from AAA->ZZZ starting in 2005 and are indicative of the time/year of bottling. In general it fits very well, but there are exceptions in both directions that can be explained, thus rendering it useless as a “proof” of anything. EXW is the highest combination I have seen so far.
I’m no authority on Italian tax strips at all. Maybe EXW is the highest combination that you have seen so far because the bottle was recently released?
I know EXW as an incoterm (ex works), but I suppose it doesn’t have something to do with that, no?
Exactly. But it supports the theory that they are chronologically ordered. Otherwise we would have seen something random and high up like KRP, VGR, OHD… but we haven’t. My Hampden Maverick has DCI which is prior but not that far from EXW.
Das wäre jetzt im Zusammenhang mit Verzollung auch meine erste Vermutung gewesen. Die Buchstabenkombinationen sind möglicherweise nicht ganz zufällig.
Incoterms Beispiele für alle Transportarten:
EXW = Ex Works = Ab Werk
CPT = Carriage Paid To = Frachtfrei
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid = Geliefert Verzollt
FOB = Free on Board = Frei an Board
