It’s not bad, it was a good experience to taste it. I wouldn’t buy a bottle because it would be too much for me but that’s not a bad rum.

DT hat eigentlich immer ein gutes Händchen bei der Fassauswahl. Viele der alteingesessenen Indies mit Focus auf Whisky, haben immer mal Rum gebottled, oft unterm Radar und häufig nicht so wirklich gezielt. Kenne ein paar Beispiele, wo schlicht ein paar Dutzend Rumfässer samt Inhalt gekauft worden sind, weil man die Fässer später mit New Make/Whisky belegen wollte….und den Inhalt hat man halt abgefüllt. Gibt mit Cadenheads zum Beispiel auch bottler, die immer schon gezielt Rum abgefüllt haben…und was für Stoff das teilweise war/manchmal noch ist

Ich fand es auch interessant das ist im Verhältnis zu den Caroni Abfüllungen die ich kenne noch ein recht junger Rum ist mit 16 Jahren. Bin gespannt wie das Einfluss nimmt.
