I’d say it’s at parity with most of the better stocked rum stores, didn’t see anything that looked like they were priced above market. Benchmarked a Tamosi Belize here against WhiskyExchange prices. This was perhaps 2% cheaper. For most regular rums (Rum Bar Overproof, Wray and Nephew) I saw the same delta.

Time to test this glass for the first time (finally I have one!), a real nice souvenir from our engagement trip.

I have had a few issues with bottles I have bought at various auctions. The liquid inside was definitely not right, either possibly “corked” or outright fraud. In one case, the seal was compromised upon receipt.
In every case, I was detailed in my documentation of the issue, and in every case the auction house did the right thing and provided a full refund. Also, in all cases, the fact that they handled the problem professionally gave me the confidence to continue to buy using their platform.
I feel in general that these auction houses care more about their reputation than a few transactions they may lose money on. I’m sure they ban any sellers who fails to deliver authentic product, as continuing to accept bottles from them would just cause more headaches.
