The past couple of weeks have been somewhat excessive 
So it’s a good time to usher in the second dry streak of the year. Not a long one this time: 4-5 weeks. Because after that, it’s time for another period of excess 
Cheers to the upcoming summer, with some sparkling water

I was just about to start with a 10 day dry streak for now @Tom . Feeling the impact of some of the excessive indulgence of late

@JamRock i believe the Captain Morgan by Wray is an island only release. I am sure you’ve got friends in Jamaica that can hook you up.
The El Dorado has recently been released, I subscribed for a split on the forum yesterday. I was told it was island only, but I guess it’s found its way here.
The Hampden Estate (aka rocket fuel 
) was a sample so no way to really find it other than if you really know folks at the distillery, and I am told you know a lot of folks 
I am seeking out the Mount Gay Black Barrel cask strength myself, if I find any leads, I’d be happy to pass it on.

@Aussierumfan : I really enjoyed it. I’ve not been a big Bajan rum fan off late, maybe I’ve developed a FS hangover. This one the alcohol was really well integrated and was one of my favorites from the tasting. Almond, Spice, Coconut which my palate likes, seeking it out if it can be found in the wild.
PS: I asked about the Eclipse Navy Strength release, apparently not their finest work. Will reserve my judgement for after I have had a chance to try it!

Fiji 2014 Vergleich… scharf, schärfer am schärfsten. Der Dram More beißt durchgehend und der Swell tarnt sich hinter der tollen Nase um dann am Gaumen alles weg zu brennen. Naja… da bleib ich erstmal bei den älteren Fiji Jahrgängen
Edit: hört sich ein bißchen drastisch an. War gestern Abend nur doch etwas von der Bissigkeit überrascht. Besonders der Swell ist schon eine spannende Abfüllung.
