Strange, I got a message when paying that the payment was in order. I then went to my bank account a little later and there I see that the amount is not from my account. I also did not receive a confirmation email. Then I went back here and the bottle is still in the shopping cart, so I want to pay it again and then I get a message that you can only buy 1 bottle per person. And if I want to try again now I get a message that the sale is only for Rx+ users.

Hab um 18:10 Uhr die Erinnerungsmail gekriegt, dass die Flasche nun verfĂŒgbar ist.
Darf ich also noch eine zweite Flasche kaufen? :innocent:

That sounds like you still have an open, unpaid order in your account. Please click on “My orders” in the menu, there you should see an open order that you can complete or cancel. The 1 bottle limitation will then be removed.

So when order-status says “paid” but not yet confirmed, it’s just a matter of patience?

Exactly, in status “paid” your order has been successfully received in the system and is being processed by Armagnac.de. On Thursday I’ll help packing the bottles and then they’ll be on their way to you in the afternoon. :fire:

I will go to Flensburg on the 25th I think, so unless you’re going before that I can bring your packages or you bring mine :stuck_out_tongue:

I emptied my shopping card as you said, first problem is solved indeed ( 1 bottle per customer), second problem remains, it still says only available for paying RX+ users, try tomorrow
