ich habe letztens einen Kellerfund zugespielt bekommen. Es handelt sich um einen Sherry aus den 1960er Jahren. Die Bezeichnung “Jahrgang 1792” ist sherry-typisch auf das Solera-Verfahren bezogen. In dieser Brennerei wurde 1792 mit diesem Solera-Fass begonnen. Jahr für Jahr mit den “besten” Weinfässern aufgefüllt. D.h. da wird nichts mehr von 1792 drin sein. Im Schnitt ist der Inhalt 30-60 Jahre alt und extrem hochwertig für Sherry-Verhältnisse. Ob sich die Flasche gut gehalten hat ist eine andere Frage, daher machen wir sie doch einfach auf und testen Sie
