Maybe there is a way to make images temporary? After a month, they would disappear from discussions, for example. Same problem for “what are you drinking?”, may be it’s not so usefull to keep images for a too long time.

touching my own nose, we might should be a bit more disciplined. On the other side, a community is a place where over time people get closer to each other and would like to share with their rum friends other impressions under off-topic.
And we have tons of off topic. There are pictures of beer, cognac, tequila, port and some comments just to stay in the lounge with no additional benefit.
And data space is not the concern in today’s IT environment.

I think one or two pics is not the problem. It can be fun to see something unexpected, and what other people so in there free time. But please not the hole holiday album. No need for that. Specially if you are in the wrong stadion 
. Of course Rum related holidays in a distillerie for example are something else. More of that please

Brauche mal fachmännischen Rat .. dramatisch? Was kann man tun. Mir fällt erstmal nur aufmachen und trinken ein😄 wie geht ihr mit ähnlichen Flaschen um?
PS: wird trocken, dunkel bei ca. 18°C gelagert

Ich nehme an es geht um die “Tropfenbildung/Kondeswasser/oder wie auch immer man das nennt am Flaschenhals”?!
Hab das auch bei einigen Flaschen. Sowohl bei geschlossenen als auch bei offenen. Sehe das nicht so kritisch. Vermute, dass das an Temperaturunterschieden liegt. Wird vermutlich den Geschmack nicht beeinflussen. Dunkel und 18 Grad hören sich doch perfekt an.

Temperatur ist tatsächlich ziemlich stabil bei mir im Regal und es ist auch die einzige Flasche zur Zeit die so deutlich oxidiert. Macht mir schon etwas sorgen, da es ja bedeutet, dass hier chemisch irgendwas passiert. Sowas triggert mein Alarmsystem hart

Ich hab dieses Phänomen der Tropfenbildung auch schon bei Flaschen gehabt, die ich mehrere Jahre im Keller gelagert hatte, ohne dass sich der Füllstand verringert hat.
Meine Vermutung ist, dass aufgrund der Nanostruktur mancher Glaswaren eine sehr gute Oberfläche für die Kondensation geschaffen wird.
Von daher würde ich mir hier keine Sorgen machen. Wenn die Dämpfe im Flaschenhals wieder kondensieren, sagt das ja erst einmal nur aus, dass der Korken sehr stark abdichtet und die Gase kaum entweichen können.
