In a world so full of avarice, charity shines like a light in the darkness. There is quiet beauty in giving from a full heart - and such generosity lives in this fine drop from the remote island of La Réunion.
Aged for fifteen years in tropical heat, it was shaped by the island’s wild elements: dry plains, misty mountain forests, and crashing waves. Its bouquet bursts with unashamed richness, gifting those who seek its blessing with juicy apricots, mangoes, papayas, dragon fruit, and dried orange peel.
Sweetness and depth on the palate lead to a long, lingering finish, touched by tonka bean and cedarwood. Less than 1% of Savanna’s production follows the Rhum Agricole method, and this symbol of generosity stands among its two oldest casks.
You’ve got plenty to share a little and watch it grow all around you.

Nein. Glaube, dass der ein guter Rum ist, aber wegen des Zuckerrohrsaftsanteil vermutlich doch ein sehr anderes Profil hat.

Ich fand ihn vom Profil her nicht soooo unterschiedlich und für meinen Geschmack sogar besser als der Rum Bar.

Bei Perola ebenfalls ab nächste Woche online.
Der Sirene ist leider auf 24 Flaschen pro Land beschränkt. War auch persönlich der beste der Reihe. Dafür ist die gesamte Reihe deutlich preiswerter wie früher!
The first is a 2009 Cuban rum, including three years of maturation in ex-ratafia champenois casks. The second, from Paraguay, was aged for 7 years before a 12-month finish in ex-french whisky barrels.

dürfte dann der aktuell älteste 94er Enmore REV sein? Der TRC war ja 30-jährig (und den fand ich schon nicht mehr ganz so gut wie seine jüngeren Brüder)

Klingt logisch. Jeder 94er Release der noch folgt wird der älteste sein 
und wahrscheinlich liegen irgendwo bei irgendwem noch Fässer um da auch noch den 40. Geburtstag mitzunehmen
Ob die jetzt besser oder schlechter geworden sind darüber lässt sich wie immer trefflich diskutieren, tolle Rums allemal.
Aber wie hier schon einmal erwähnt wurde sind die noch verfügbaren Fässer am Markt inzwischen sehr teuer und der abv meist unter 50%, wie ja auch hier der Fall, wobei der Preis ja noch fair ist.
Wobei man hier nur hoffen kann das er besser abschneidet als das Schlusslicht RX17346
