Der Versand von Corman wäre kein Problem gewesen. 1 Flasche pro Kunde. Das war mir bei unklarem UVP und 14€ Versand zu teuer.
@Mur hatte dann einen Shop in Luxemburg entdeckt, der die Flasche auch hatte - 30€ billiger und scheinbar ohne Versandkosten. Leider bieten die außerhalb von Luxemburg nur Click&Collect an. Deshalb ist der Link jetzt gelöscht, damit nicht noch mehr User in die gleiche unmögliche Bestellung laufen.

Quentin ist ein super Kerl und Hubert ist nicht ganz aus dem Rennen, aber er verbringt seinen Ruhestand überwiegend im wärmeren und steht Quentin beratend zur Seite.

And today I’ve tasted it again 
with great pleasure of course! It’s a wonderfull profile, coming from TDL but it has influence from Caroni. After discussing with Bert from Asta Maurice we’re in the believe that it’s possible that they’ve blendend Angostura & Caroni together back in the day or that they’ve put it on an ex-Caroni cask without knowing exactly… Anyways it’s a very full bodied price/quality rum. It will become available in the following weeks…

@StefanoCaroni has discussed the RA TDL 2001 in his Caroni book (pages 198 ff) rather extensively. He and Luca made a laboratory analysis of the congeners and they came to the conclusion that it is not a Caroni. However, Steffen made the point that the TDLs from 2001-2005 are likely from Caroni‘s Jamaica stock (Monymusk).

Bei den, mittlerweile an Mengen von ungelagerten Abfüllungen, die auf dem Markt sind, werde ich das Gefühl nicht los, dass hier nur schnell Geld abgegriffen werden soll! Vor allem wenn ich verfolge, wer alles plötzlich ungelagerten Rum verkauft!
Durch Lagerung verdient man zunächst ja nichts und viele Jahrgänge scheinen ab- bzw. ausverkauft zu sein.
