Fass merkt man deutlich.

:see_no_evil:

Nice brown, maybe long age in barrel, although not particularly thick.

Nose: it opens up with a fruity nose (I sense apple and white grapes maybe and a touch of orange peel), acetone, wood from the barrel, subtle mild spices. As it opens up, I also get fresh notes of mint.

Mouth: nice astringency, less fruity (I still pick up fresh apples/ pears) and definitely spicier. I also pick tannins from the wood. Definitely high in abv.

Finish: still an apple hint, mixed with dried fruits (hazelnut maybe)

I was initially thinking to Barbados, but the mouth doesn’t recall any known distillery that I’ve tasted in the past…kinda reminds me Nine Leaves (Japan) or Antigua

BTW…this is absolutely fun! I should start drinking more agricoles
