Does anybody have any experience with this french shop ? Is it trustworthy ?

I bought there a bottle of Monymusk 2010 EMB. The bottle got lost in transit. I was refunded. They were friendy but I was hardly able to speak to them, because no one was able to speak english - and I don’t speak french.
