It’s a Danish company offering this and they’re pros in the spirit community. They used to run anther auction in Denmark only that failed because Facebook API’s changed and then we couldn’t login anymore.
All new users need to veryfi their identity using 3rd party for security.

The whole arrangement looks more like eBay and Catawiki and less like RumAuctioneer and RumTrades.
Do you guarantee payment and shipping?
Payment and shipping is an agreement between buyer and seller, and we are in no contact with the bottles or the money.
In other words: “No, we do not guarantee payment and/or shipping”. Maybe from that perspective even below CataWiki and eBay – those have at least buyer protection programs of some sort 
That doesn’t protect me from a malevolent seller, does it? As for 3rd party verification… I haven’t looked at their implementation, but even my dog has a google/facebook/instagram account.
I don’t want to smear the platform or the people behind it, I’m just raising points that any potential user might want to think about
