I think I would possibly choose something from Barbados… The Rumclub Ed. 30 (Redirecting…) would go well with it too.

Rum and coconut water are just enough for a great drink. The contents of coconuts vary so if this is too mild you can add spices like grated nutmeg or fallernum. Cheers
