Hatte die Gelegenheit den 78 jährigen Cognac zu probieren und konnte feststellen, daß die 60% sowas von gut eingebauten sind. Er ist außerdem sehr mild und schön cremig.

Also wer es sich entgehen läßt den zu probieren, ist selber schuld.

Farbe: Dunkles Mahagoni.

Aroma: Intensive Noten von Zitrusfrüchten und Pfirsich, die mit Vanille und Anklängen von reifen Beeren harmonieren.

Geschmack: Vollmundig und weich auf der Zunge. Reife helle Früchte und Leder werden von Tabak und Honig begleitet.

Abgang: Langanhaltend und intensiv, mit süßen Fruchtnoten und würzigen Elementen.

Der Cognac Mauxion Selection Lot 45 Wu Dram Clan wurde 1945 von Cognac Mauxion aus Ugni Blanc Trauben in Petite Champagne (Cognac), Frankreich hergestellt. Für die Destillation wurde eine Alambic Charentais (Pot Still) verwendet. Anschließend reifte der Cognac für 78 Jahre in einem Eichenfass. Abgefüllt wurde der stark limitierte Cognac Mauxion Selection Lot 45 Wu Dram Clan in Fassstärke mit 60.0% vol.

Der Stoff ist wirklich gut. Wäre doch schade wenn wir die Flasche nicht geteilt bekommen.
