What I most appriciate when trying a new rum is any kind of surprise in flafour and/or taste. Nothing is more boring to me than endless reincarnation of the same thing.
In consequence these Mexican things seem to suit me quite well
For me the rums that stand out from others, are interesting.

•Same cask with part of it continental and the other part tropical climate aged
• Mixed agricole and molasses rum.
