Hello Cognac lovers!
Since yesterday, French networks have been going quite crazy, a vintage carried by friends Benjamin Guthmann (Spirit Gallery) and Jimmy Rivière (Spiritori) should arrive by Thursday evening (around 6pm if my sources are reliable).
The 2 buddies have treated us with their rums, including for example :
The back-story teasing set in place our 2 friends to recover a batch of crazy cognac, first intended for the US. They worked hard to recover some, and will therefore offer us:
A nearly 50yo cognac, with an aromatic profile close to a rum - it is said to have trapped a famous cellar master during a blind tasting.
Some have nicknamed it Demerognac 
Quite excited by this release, so I’m sharing it with you.
The price will be around €360 for 70cl, but it can go down via a competition organized online (page “les compagnons du rhum” on Facebook - with even more information), a pretty fun principle!
Attention fans, very limited quantities obviously !
