Who has set-up an infinity bottle?
How do you proceed?
Do you put any good stuff together or do you select similar types of rum?
Separate bottles for agricole and traditional rum?

A good Point.
When Rum Depot started their First Infinity bottle there was Something said Like just Melasse Rum no Agricole (or otherwise)for best but in the end they put in everything they thought it was good for the Mix.
Think i prefer seperate versions but did Not start yet

I’ve been thinking about starting an infinity bottle for a while now. I’ll separate Agricole and traditional Rum but won’t separate between origins. Not sure yet if I’ll pour the same amount everytime I add sth to the bottle or just what’s leftover.

This is currently exactly what I‘m also going to do. Always same amount sounds difficult, I guess I will fill in any leftovers (as long es ot is not too much compared to the rest).

Yes, I do. I consider this just a fun thing and dont care that much about what I put in.
However, you may not want to overpower the mix with one heavy tasting rum or use multiple heavy rums. If you like a balanced result you better be carefully with the amount you add.
I sometimes also add more than what you call leftover and sometimes I also add something what I think is missing in the mix from a bottle that is not even close to be empty.
Usually I bring that bottle to my birthday party and I can start over with it the next day

Hab aber dafür noch 2cl vom Hampden Dok (8 marks) rein. Macht Laune

This is an interesting subject! I run a 5L infinity oak barrel, ive had it for about 5 years now. Molassas based rums only, it has a base of mount gay eclipse and appleton reserve, with a bit of everything else thrown in from time to time - hampden, WP, diamond, pussers, foursquare and black tot. You could almost call it a british navy blend of sorts. It makes a ripping mixing rum, I drink it neat from time to time…Defintly no bundaberg in here
