Thank you for pointing that out. You’re correct - the wording wasn’t entirely precise. At the moment, you are redirected to the auction houses’ dedicated pages when you tap “bid now.” However, if this feature proves popular and valuable for our community, we will certainly look into deeper integrations with our partners to streamline the bidding process right inside the RumX app.

Hey together, I just want to say hallo. Some of you might know me already - im a big enthusiast of old spirits in general. Started many years ago with Collection and enjoying Whisky and Bourbon and got introduced in Rum some years later. Im working for the m.Rhumauction.com Auction as a consultant being responsible to check the bottles in terms of quality and authenticity. Together with Jens Fischer I visited the Rum Fest Berlin last year with our own booth and had an incredible nice time with many cool people, good conversations and plenty of good Rum in our glasses.
We are very happy and thankful to work together with Oliver and the RumX Team to get this connection of our Auction platform to the RumX Community. Our company is running the whiskyauction.com since 1997 - so we have a good base and knowledge. We will be active here in the community and please feel free if you have any questions about the Auction, ideas of new features, etc…
Already written too much - im sure we will have many good conversations and im very happy about the connection and curious what 2025 will bring.

That’s great! Can I ask why rhumauction.com prices are not taken into account in Market Value on the app? That’s also for @Oliver. I only see rumauctioneer and Rumtrades there. Thanks for the answer! Cheers, Q.

Thanks to the new integration, the upcoming RhumAuction.com lots will automatically be included in the market value calculation. We are also currently working on adding the historical values.

Haben wir tatsächlich schon als Add-On-Feature auf der Roadmap. Eine Unklarheit ist dabei noch wie aktuell/schnell die Schnittstellen der neuen Auktionspartner sein werden - damit wir eine einheitliche User Experience über alle Auktionshäuser abbilden können. Wir halten euch hier auf dem Laufenden.

In der App möchten wir dann auch die beliebte Ansicht “Auktionsende aufsteigend” abbilden. Wie hier zum Beispiel:

Gerade bei Auktionshäusern, die ihre Rums in “Wellen” versteigern, macht das dann in der App deutlich übersichtlicher.

das wäre klasse! und nach wie vor sehr hilfreich fände ich eine eigene Beobachtungsliste für die Auktionen. Die Wunschliste war bei mir bisher eher ein ‚Sammelposten‘ für interessante Sachen aller Art…eben auch vieles, was ich nicht unbedingt ersteigern würde. Alternativ bliebe, die bisherige Wunschliste zu löschen, und sie dann beim Durchstöbern der Auktionen neu zu befüllen.

Beobachtungsliste + Preissortierung aufsteigend sind grunds. meine wichtigsten Tools bei Auktionen. Wäre natürlich wenn das auch über die App nutzbar wäre
