Hi Oliver, thanks for the like to my 100% review of that ultra rare Demerara Velier… Unfortunately I never had this one and did not want to review it.
So, there is a rating bar directly atop of the rum view for a while now, and it has happened multiple times now, that I accidentally set the slider just because my finger was close to it, while waiting on all the other Infos of the rum in question to be loaded. Maybe it is better to have either a display to ask if the rating was genuine or block the slider until the full menu has been loaded? This would have spared me the disappointment of having tastet a rum without having it tasted…
thank you for your feedback. That’s a good idea, I’ve also accidentally set the slider wrong by an unintentional tip.
I have thought about how to maintain the “ease” and “speed” of the rating on the one hand and how to prevent unintentional inputs on the other. In the upcoming update, the sliders can now only be changed by pushing the knob and no longer by clicking inside the line.
I am curious how you like the new improvement and look forward to your feedback as soon as the update 10.6.9 has been rolled out.
That sound a reasonable change, I suggest you add that to the other sliders too if it is received well, as I also sometimes set the slider to max (I.e. For sweetness at a Foursquare rum ) by accident, when I wanted to scroll up or down.
Hatte gerade das Problem das ich über die aktuellen Verkostungen gescrollt bin und plötzlich hab ich den plantation Jamaica 2007 wieder verkostet mit besserer Wertung. Ich wollte den doch gar nicht mehr trinken. Und 80Punkte hatte der nicht verdient. Hab jetzt meine alte Bewertung geraten. Aber die sollte eigentlich auch nicht im Feed stehen. Hab auch gar nicht auf verkosten geklickt sondern irgendwie wohl nur den Slider berührt
seit dem obigen Update können die Slider nur noch durch direktes Drag & Drop verändert werden (davor hat ein Klick auf die Leiste gereicht). Hast Du das neuste Update vom Store installiert (10.7.8)?
Ein versehenes Tasting kannst Du mittels dem “Historie”-Button in der Karte “Meine Verkostung” einsehen und dort auch gezielt Historien-Einträge (oder die neue Wertung) entfernen:
