A visit to Appleton Estate, meeting Her majesty Dr. Joy Spence, having a masterclass and creating our own Appleton blend, sampling the Legend 17, taking the tour (short version given the expertise of the group), having a lunch with Dr. Spence and a Mai Tai with the 17 year Legend bottle.
Being part of rum history. Did I mention that?

It depends on the seasons. When it’s hot I prefer funky stuff and Agricole… when it’s cold I’m more into Guyana and Trinidad.
But like everything else, there are A LOT of variables. And “Tagesform” as well.
