Without doing anything the number of RX-Points on my card is decreasing. I had more than 200 before, last month I was down to 198 and now there are even less.
What is happening here? Do they have an expiring date, did the rules for points change?

Hey Lukas,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your concern about the decrease in your RX-Points. Please note that the points are recalculated twice a week, and there are a few reasons why your points might have decreased:
- A bottle split may have been moved from “successfully completed” to “canceled” by one of the forum admins.
- An order in the RumX Marketplace could have been canceled and refunded by one of our partner stores.
- The likes on one of your tastings may have been reset, and the criterion of 10+ likes has not yet been met again. This can happen, for example, if a tasting is set to private and then later made public again.
