Mixing Rum 🍹 (Cocktail Thread)

Best Aged Mixer for my taste was RX1607

It became bit expensive over time, but the high ABV works well in drinks.

You can hardly go wrong with any united. Probably something like RX453 - I’d go for 50 % Alc.

I have had a nutribullet for a few years now and it works perfectly.

Mixing with frozen fruit is easy. You can also crush ice cubes.

Dillon Canne rouge is the best budget friendly IMHO. Besides I love the plein soleil RX11817 the most  aged : depaz xo & Bellamy’s French Antilles Martinique.

Neisson Blanc 52,5% / L’Esprit 70% , Rhum J.M 50%/55%, Dillon Canne Rouge, La Favorite Bel’air/ La Digue, BdT Plein Soleil are impressive as unaged Agricole-mixers / for TiPunch.
Bologne 50% works also very well.

Aged: J.M. VO/XO, Depaz XO (Depaz XO & Trois Rivieres l’ocean also neat perfect!)

Which rum did you use and how it compare to others?

From Baie des Tresors, you can take them all, I personally like the unaged one best.

This time I made it with 4cl of Clairin (Le Rocher) (for it’s herbal notes) and just added 1cl of Ron Colon (a young blend of Salvador and Jamaican rums).
Not a classical Mojito

So schmeckt mir der Wray & Ting mit der European-Version des Ting am besten: mit etwas Limette & frischem Grapefruitsaft.:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Edeka? Rewe?
