Wird heute Abend mit Jamaican Overproof white Rums im Daiquiri versucht.

That’s a really light syrup sugarwise. Curious to hear how it fares 15/22 against fresh lime in a daiquiri.

We used a Long Pond STCE from Warehouse for our first Daiquiri RX 11758
Pretty heavy, but thats the point of a Daiquiri. Amazing colour though.

It’s a reconstructed version of the one served at The Sunken Harbor Club in NYC. So I have only tried it in its original configuration: with vodka. But I guess it is possible to make with a white rum, something accessible.
The pineapple and lemon are both juices. The passionfruit and vanilla are both syrups. ![]()

Mai Sha Roa Na
60ml Overproof Jamaican (I used a 50/50 blend of WP Navy and Smith & Cross)
15 ml Banana liquor
15 ml Macadamia orgeat
22,5 ml Fresh lime juice
1 dash Ango
5 drops of 20% saline solution
