Yes, that’s a caritative association that offers to buy 10cl samples (never bottles) for caritative actions.
They do that through ebay.

what do I buy?
MPDA is about sharing for sharing’s sake
To differentiate ourselves from private (and lucrative) sales platforms that only offer bottles, we’ve decided to opt for 20cl and 10cl bottles. For us, it’s an opportunity to try and soften the speculative bubble by offering large samples that won’t be sealed (other than with a cork, of course) and are primarily intended for tasting. Of course, we don’t shy away from auctioning whole bottles at specific sales, with the idea of using speculation to good effect this time, and for a good cause.
The aim is to make a socially responsible purchase, and we sincerely hope that you will toast your generosity in moderation.
In exchange, we offer you a labeled and numbered bottle, illustrated with the poetry and generosity of illustrator Alexandre Kha.
What’s the final guarantee?
On the contents of the bottles, on us, and on a job well done. When the rum comes from a producer, it’s enough to contact them in case of doubt (going to the source is often the surest way). As for the guarantee that your money will actually go to charities, we will publish in full transparency the steps taken and the donations made thanks to your participation, and here again we invite you to contact the charities concerned directly if you have any doubts.
Will all my money go to the associations?
All the money raised during the sales will be donated to one or more carefully selected associations, according to the terms and conditions of each sale, which you can follow in detail in the Our Actions section.
The bottles and labels are self-financed, as is the hosting of our website; with a view to covering some of these costs, we have set up an online store where we will be selling various items (t-shirts, etc.).
