I was in Antigua recently and discovered a new distillery and rum school - Academy of Rum.
We had a great time learning to make our own rum, but also enjoyed their production rum - their coconut rum especially. As they just started up a few months ago, not sure how to add them to the database.
But if you’re ever in Antigua, they are worth visiting.

No, they are labelling their products Galleon Beach, as that where they are located on the island.
