Hi everyone, thought I share this version of PP.
I’ve been exploring different Planter’s Punch recipes and I made one tonight that I think is tastier than Stephen Remsberg’s version and Smuggler’s Cove. I like those quite a bit, but feel that I’d like something a bit stronger, more rummy. Here is what I came up with:
1 oz Rhum Barbancourt 8 Star
1 oz Coruba
1 oz Planteray Xaymaca
1/4 oz Demerara Syrup (Liber)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
3/4+ fresh lime juice
2 dashes of bitters
