Yes, two ester hunters at the same time! Whilst we look to showcase a wide variety of what esters can be, no distillery is more synonymous with high phenolic rum than this one, and no mark is more known than DOK. With between 1500 and 1600 gr/Hlpa esters this one is about every flavour you can think of. With fruity notes like the famed banana all the way to paint thinner and varnish, this rum certainly isn’t for the faint of heart. But by god it is ever delicious.
