Next auction counts. The news came when some bottles were already on the way to RA. They have a FAQ item about it:

Your bottle(s) will now be offered in our February Auction as a UK+VAT Lot. As a UK+VAT lot, your bottle(s) will reach our global network of engaged buyers across international markets.
Last sentence made me chuckle.
Rumtrade suction is online. It seems that the amount of bottle is in line with the previous ones.
It will move next month, either on RA or RT.

The Skeldon is UK + VAT, I cannot imagine the price staying at the same level.
Yes, but this info is only shown on the lot detail page, not in the overview. So to count them one would need a script to scrape all lots and check.
