I think it is a bit misleading as the latest update was sent on top of the old email (your screenshot) but it seems as everything is already sold out as the launch was at 22pm (before we received the email).

Nothing has been sold yet. Too many people connected at the same time and it crashed. They thought they could fix it for 22h00 but in the end they couldn’t. So there’s still a chance but indeed only for people in France… Also, don’t expect to be able to get 2, it’s extremely limited…
