I’m Johan, 41 from Belgium. Speaking Dutch, French and English. I do understand German, but not speaking it fluently.
Started 20 years ago with Whisky but shifted more to Rum in recent years. Focused on Barbados, Jamaica, Guyana, Tinidad (TDL, Ten Cane) and the French Antilles. I’ve been lurking on the forum and using the app for a while.
Thanks for the great knowledge shared here. It has been a huge help in getting to understand the rum world. Other sources have been the comprehensive book “Modern Caribbean Rum” and blogs from contributors over here.
My other hobbies are diving & travelling, which gets me regularly in the carribbean region
