Ah, you guys had the AOC anniversary collection? Top of my head some of the older ones were good (1998 I believe) but some of the younger ones tasted so much of lavender soap it was not pleasant anymore.

As if it was not aged in a wooden barrel but a Persil barrel.

Heute mal wieder ein Dark&Stormy ausprobiert.
Obwohl viel ABV geht dieser TDL fast etwas unter. Dennoch lecker.

Toying around with creating a blend from our stocks. This summer we’re releasing a 2 Year Old TECA @ 65 ABV, aged continentally in American Virgin Oak. Angel’s share 8%.
But, the blend of these 4 (ratios top secret) have left me thinking a Trelawny/St. Catherine expression might be our next tasty treat.
