The founder of rumloop are well known in the french rum scene as far as I know.
I bought a bottle there and everything went very smoothly. There are people of this community selling samples or bottles over there. It has a different purpose than rum-x

Having read through the FAQ’s it’s basically buyer beware- rumloop don’t check the bottles etc. I think this app would help qwell most fears

Do you have any idea whether they issue invoices or receipts? I prefer to ask before the customs ask me

This is more a platform that facilitates selling between individual, like a marketplace. I used it several times and it makes it easy to follow an order of ,say, 10 samples, from a private individual. But you still have to pay him with Paypal and hope he sends you what you order… But at some point, with reviews of user, it should add confidence in the transactions…
