Some bottles show Caroni only, some Trinidad (Caroni) and some Trinidad only on their labels even though they are Caronis. Is the latter like the Jamaica rums from a “secret distillery” because the original distillery must not be named? It would be weird for a Caroni imo since that’s a closed distillery opposite to the Jamaican “secret” distilleries that still exist. E.g. there are a lot of Hampdens where the actual name “Hampden” is not on the label (though everyone knows what HD stands for
