Dabei geht es von 7.7 bis 8.8 … bin gespannt, was die neuen können. Leider hab ich meine Muräne vor ein paar Tagen gekillt, da wusste ich noch nicht, dass ich ein Sample vom Herrline #2 bekomme

Made from the ROC-16 sugar cane variety grown in Bến Tre, in the heart of the Mékong delta, the Belami - White Rum ROC 16-Delta is distinguished by an innovative manufacturing method. Fermentation, prolonged over 30 days using Vesu sander yeasts, precedes a double distillation. This technique includes a partial reintegration of the distillation heads and tails into new fermented batches, giving the rum a wider and more complex aromatic spectrum. With a cane juice with a Brix content of about 23.3% before fermentation, reduced to 6% before distillation, this rum captures the very essence of its raw material. This rigorous process makes Belami a respected artisanal signature in the world of agricultural rum.
