Hey, I’m visiting Warsaw in ten days, can anyone propose the best shops and bars for rum ?

I only know of Distilia having a shop there.

You may check Dom Whisky:
They have two shops in Warsaw:
If you find anything interesting at online store you will need to contact them to make sure it will be available to pick up at one of their stores.
They also have cocktail bar with nice big selection of bottles, but I’m not sure how it looks like when it comes to rum.
Restaurant with couple of bottles of rum at the bar - Kohana:
Last weekend I got there daiquiris with Clairin and Paranubes, but apparently there was an owner change. Previous one left bottles of rum in the bar and it’s not on the current alcohol list - you need to ask explicitly what you want. 
Kraken Bar:
When it comes to Distillia and Colours of Rum I’m not aware they have store to visit - you need to contact them if you want to arrange meeting at their offices to taste and/or buy anything.
That’s all I know in Warsaw. Probably there are more interesting places in Wrocław and Sopot (Fidel has nice bottles).
I think dunder.store is the best rum shop in Poland, but they are from Gdynia.
