Hatte heute Nacht schon den ersten Tropfen des heutigen Rums im Glas.
Schätze mindestens 20 Jahre gereift, eher etwas mehr, Fass-stark bei ungefähr 62,4%
Tendenziell tippe ich auf Trinidad aber auch nur weil wieder diese Pfirsich Note habe die ich aus dem RA TDL kenne und eben sehr mag. Aber um da sicher zu sein war ich auch zu müde
Vielleicht seid ihr später schlauer

That’s really strong stuff! My frist idea was L’Esprit Belize from Travellers Distillery 67% but
after 20 minutes in the glass I’d rathed go direction Versailles Guyana.
Nice brown-ish color, turning light yellow on the edges.
Nose: acetone, mildly mature yellow fruits (pineapple and papaya, maybe)…there’s a refreshing note of menthol to it, lurking in the background…
Mouth: upfront, I get again that minty sensation, but also kinda “dirty”, that slowly evolves into more sweeter, fruity notes. Then dried fruits.
Decently high in ABV (55/57), it beautifully tingles your tongue as the liquid swirls…
The finish is mildly dry, medium, really “fresh” and nutty.
A part of me thinks this could be a Savanna o some sort…although the dirtier note (like pencil shavings and dust), kinda reminds me of a Caroni…could it be a blend?
