Cooking with rum

For the burger sauce I used:

  • mayonaise
  • tomato ketchup
  • mustard
  • BBQ sauce
  • garlic sauce
  • sriracha
  • and a royal splash of Pusser’s 151

A little bit of this and a little bit of that, taste it and add stuff to taste.

Marinated watermelon salad

  • chopped watermelon
  • chopped mint
  • (lemon &) lime juice
  • sugar cane syrup
  • passion fruit syrup (optional)
  • rum(s) of choice. In this case: Plantation 3 stars white, Warehouse#1 Hampden <>H and Pusser’s 151

Let it marinate in the fridge for some time. Eat/drink it how it is or use it as a base for cocktails (sparkling water or ginger beer works well with it).

Zu Reggae braucht es einen Jamaikaner. Im Hintergrund die Zutaten für ein Bärlauchpesto - vllt mit Rum :wink:
