A passionfruit/honey daiquiri! The roundedness of the 2009 Foursquare works surprisingly well in this one.

The idea is sourced from False Idol’s signature cocktail, but rebalanced by myself to a single serving, itensifying the components and better serving modern palates. Last year I served this as a secret menu item, successfully, and the recipe stuck.
Alkala, the Fierce
- 22,5 ml Smith & Cross
- 22,5 ml Plantation Original Dark
- 22,5 ml Bourbon (I used Heaven Hill)
- 11,25 ml Allspice Liqueur
- 15 ml Orgeat
- 7,5 ml Cinnamon syrup
- 22,5 ml Orange juice acid-adjusted to lemon acidity
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- 8 drops Pastis
- 5 drops 20% saline solution
- Serve over crushed ice and garnish with plenty of mint
Excellent showing in a Mai Tai as well. Way less punchy versus the Cambridge STC*Es, yet very balanced and fruity
