Have you read the terms and conditions? It’s a joke. It basically comes down to “it’s only insured, when it’s properly packed. If it breaks, it obviously wasn’t probably packed.” DHL insurance is basically an insurance against loss, not breakage.
But I’m sure the shop will reimburse you or send you a new one

Luckily it was “just” one of the two ordered Neisson Blanco 52,5% and not a Neisson XO…

Das verstärkt meinen Eindruck, dass die Flaschen von Neisson recht zubrechlich sind. Ich hatte auch schon mal eine Lieferung bei der die Flasche einen Sprung bekommen hatte und der Rum langsam raus sickerte.

Wenn Flasche auf, reden wir. Fabian hatte den offen und dann musste ich ihn kaufen. Im Laden stand auch ein Enmore 1990 von CG und ein 98er Caroni. Beide fantastisch.
Richtig toll war auch der Velier Mhoba 2017, den wollter aber nicht verkaufen.
