Das sind halt auch irgendwo Ausgabepreise, die findet man vermutlich eher als die neueren Abfüllungen. Der Touchstone war wohl auch nur günstiger, weil er nicht so hoch bewertet war. Den Isonomy hab ich mal zu 116€ in Belgien gesehen, Standard war aber eher 150-160€ in Europa.
Aber muss jeder selbst entscheiden, ob man das Geld ausgeben möchte. Prinzipiell ist ja ein 2010 zu 85€ auch schon gut.
Seen them sold out at MasterOfMalt and RoyalMileWhiskies for 92,50 GBP. In France I saw it at Rhum-Expert and and Jardin Vouvrillon. But 175€ is certainly not cheap. If the UK price is any indication, it should be around 110-120€.
Prices for the Foursquare ECS range have usually been lower in the UK for some reason. But I rarely see them available there. Prices should be lower, but since these bottles still fly off the shelves, no need for shops to reduce their prices.
@Schnubbii : You’re absolutely on point. Not just ECS but in general given the availability and market in the UK, the prices are much lower across other premium rums too. Not aware of what the rationale is…
Just received an email of Drankenshop Broekmans that the most sought after bottles (interessing for us and invenstors) are subjected to a loyalty program.
One has to gain points before you’re able to buy them.

The new 18 Year Old Saint James was aged in ex-Bourbon American Oak barrels, and is bottled at 43%, coming from the 2004 vintage and having been bottled in 2022. It will retailed at 185 EUR (US$200) with a total of 2,000 bottles released.
