How is the Ephermere 6?

Like the others. That’s not the Agricole bottle I would buy for myself at 125€. I would take à neisson Xo or a HSE 2006/2021 Or 2006/2022 (we tasted it and it’s vert good).

Thank you for all the impressions! Enjoy your time there.

How are the EDs? I was thinking about buying one of them, but the 40% put me off so far

A lot of rum was tasted, my highlights were the Savanna Art, the Swell Bielle unaged and the Swell Hampden.

They’re quite good, no surprise here. Take the Enmore 1996, put it to 40% and you’re done for the Enmore 2009 (of course that’s not so simple but that’s the idea). The Versailles is really toasted and smells roasted sugar. Good bottles but not at 150€, clearly.
